Bob Zamarra
Marketing Director

Bob comes to Atticus with over 25 years of executive management experience with consumer products giants, Procter & Gamble, The Gallo Wine Company and Mars Incorporated as well as almost 10 years entrepreneurial experience. After serving in the Army Corps of Engineers as an Operations Officer and Army aviator, Bob began his civilian career with Procter & Gamble as a Region Manager and trainer. He continued his training and management career within the consumer products industry eventually managing an organization of over 1000 associates. Following an early retirement in 1999, he co-founded an internet based training organization and a Real Estate renovation company before joining Atticus in 2008 as Marketing Director. Bob Graduated from Florida Southern College and has completed business and marketing programs at the University of Florida and Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

   
  Susan Schmidt
Marketing Coordinator
 

Susan joined Atticus in January 2005 and works with Mark Powers and Bob Zamarra on Atticus marketing. Susan coordinates the Atticus Rainmaker announcements, facilitates the Graduate Network, works with organizations interested in having Mark speak at their events, updates the website, creates our email announcements, and other marketing efforts. Prior to joining Atticus, she spent 25+ years in corporate America working in various capacities and also obtained her paralegal certification. In 2004 she launched her virtual assistant practice - Virtual Assistance Online, Inc. - and is also the owner of Virtual Marketing Assistants. Susan enjoys swimming, kayaking, reading, and Mexican train dominoes.

   
 

Amanda Rich
Marketing Assistant

Amanda works directly with top level management to track and coordinate registration of new clients and help them settle into the various Atticus programs.  She maintains an acute awareness of the responsibilities of other members of the team in order to contribute to the continuity and support of all programs.  She reports directly to the Director of Marketing and assists in creating and planning various ongoing marketing campaigns.  Prior to her time with Atticus, Amanda studied at Clemson University and The University of Tennessee. Her life highlight was hiking the entirety of the Appalachian Trail in 2005. Amanda enjoys competitive rowing, and hanging out with her husband and “Fur-child” Gertie.

   
  Kathy Miller
Accounting Manager
 

After 20 years in the accounting field with various firms, Kathy founded her own company - Certified Bookkeeping Solutions in Clermont, Florida in September 2005.  Soon after starting her business, she began working with Atticus to reorganize and streamline their accounting procedures and policies.  A Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers she currently manages all aspects of accounting for Atticus to include : invoicing, collections, program budgets, company financials, and coordination with the CPA for year end tax preparation. Kathy enjoys golf, painting, swimming and spending time with her husband and family.
